1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be in original condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • The product must not have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Custom or personalized products, including special-size billiard tables or branded items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return & Exchange Process

    • Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions
    • Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product
    • Package the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and the RA number.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.
  4. Inspection & Approval
    • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it.
    • If the return or exchange meets our conditions, we will approve it within 3–7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refund amounts exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the original product has been received and inspected.
  • If the replacement product is more expensive, the customer will be asked to pay the difference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized billiard tables and accessories
  • Products without original packaging or damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale
